WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC - DODGER STADIUM (MARCH 20 TO 22, 2017)

The World Baseball Classic (WBC) is the first tournament of its kind to feature professional baseball players from the world's biggest leagues, including Major League Baseball. The 2017 WBC features 16 teams from five continents. The Dodger Stadium will host the Championship Round from March 20th to 22nd. The host cities of the first round are Tokyo, Seoul, Miami and Guadalajara. The second round will be held in Tokyo and San Diego.    
The Championship Round features two final semifinals and the decisive game of the championship. Single tickets for the Championship Round will be on sale in January 2017. Taking place from March 9 to 22, this will be the fourth episode of the World Baseball Classic, which was played for the very first time in 2006. Japan won the first two editions in 2006 and 2009, and the Dominican Republic won the latest WBC in 2013.
